In order to further enhance teaching level and reinforce exchanges& cooperation, on the afternoon of 17th March, Anqing Foreign Language School’s young teacher Bi Jieyu from Junior High Chinese Department, carried out a demonstration lesson entitled ‘the Last Lecture’.
During the demonstration, Bi Jieyu’s passionate reading not only influenced students’ emotions, but aroused their enthusiasm as well. The course centered on one main issue, unfolding it and enabling students to unscramble the context with questions. As a result, students gained knowledge and experienced delight from Chinese reading comprehension, manifesting the charm of Chinese subject.
Overall, teachers from Chinese teaching& research group expressed their own perspectives one after another during the discussion session and agreed unanimously that this was a successful& informative lesson, which affirmed and inspired the young teacher Bi Jieyu.
